• Details about your property and the pest problem you describe
• Your preferred way for us to follow up
• Anything you type into a form, website chat, or text conversation with us

When you visit the site, we and our service providers also collect technical information automatically. This includes pages viewed, the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and clicks on buttons such as click-to-call.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your request, schedule a free inspection, and provide service
• To send appointment reminders, service updates, and, if you agree, occasional offers
• To route your request to the right office based on the property ZIP code
• To understand which pages and advertising bring in requests, and to improve the site

Sharing with our sister company

Austin Pest Control serves Austin-area properties in Travis, Hays, and Bastrop counties. Our sister company, Georgetown Pest Control, serves Williamson County, Lago Vista, and Jonestown. If you send us a request for a property in their service area, we may share your request with Georgetown Pest Control so their team can follow up with you. Georgetown Pest Control uses that information under its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the website and our office. They receive only the information they need to do that work for us. They include:

• Website hosting, form storage, and site analytics (Ploy)
• Website analytics (Google Analytics)
• Website chat, business texting, reviews, and phone service (Podium)
• Customer scheduling and account management software
• Call-tracking software that may show a different local number on the website so we can tell which pages and ads lead to calls

Calls to our office may be recorded or monitored for quality and training where the law permits.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information.
• We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not contact you by email after you unsubscribe, or by text after you reply STOP.

Text messages (SMS)

How long we keep information

We keep request and customer records as long as we need them to respond, provide service, keep business records, and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need them, we delete them or remove the details that identify you.

Security

The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we limit access to customer information to the people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Children
