Our services

Austin Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control, rodent and wildlife control, termite prevention and control, mosquito control, and bed bug services for properties in Travis, Hays, and Bastrop counties, Texas. Requests for properties in Williamson County, Lago Vista, or Jonestown may be referred to our sister company, Georgetown Pest Control.

Website information and pricing

Information on this site is general and does not create a service contract. Published plan prices, such as $44/month for general pest control, $35/month for termite protection, and $95/month for seasonal mosquito control (March through October), are our listed plan prices. A free inspection confirms which plan fits your property.

Your written service agreement sets the final scope, price, billing timing, service frequency, and any renewal or cancellation terms. A monthly price is how a plan is billed, not a promise of a visit every month. If the website and your written agreement differ, the agreement controls.

Requests and scheduling

Submitting a form, chat, or text does not book an appointment. We contact you to confirm a time. We may decline a request, for example when the property is outside our service area or the work is not a service we offer.

Payment

Accepted payment methods, payment authorization, and charge timing are set out in your written service agreement. The website does not collect payment for services. Any returned-payment fee will be disclosed in your agreement and charged only as the law allows.

Cancellation

To cancel recurring service, call (512) 917-1364 or email info@atxpestcontrol.com. Cancellation timing and any amounts owed for completed service follow your written service agreement.

Access to your property

When you schedule service, you authorize our technicians to access the areas of your property needed to perform it. Please provide safe access, secure pets, and follow any preparation and re-entry directions we give you. We are not responsible for results in areas we could not access.

100% satisfaction guarantee

Austin Pest Control offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, subject to the terms of your service plan. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us and we will explain the follow-up your plan covers. The guarantee does not promise a refund.

Communications and text messages

By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request and service by phone, email, and text message, including appointment reminders and service updates. With your consent, we may also send promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Limitation of liability

We perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry practice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.

Use of the website

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not submit false information, spam, or harmful code, or try to interfere with the site. Site content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Austin Pest Control or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at atxpestcontrol.com/privacy-policy explains how we collect and use your information, including when we share requests with Georgetown Pest Control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about these terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when we post them on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
